How soon can you start working on my project?
The usual waitlist is around 1-2 weeks.
Can I have the project ready sooner if I have an upcoming launch coming up?
A rush fee of 30% of the project value is applied when the delivery time is reduced.
Will living in different time-zones be a problem?
Not at all. I’ve been working with clients from all over the world for over 15 years and I am flexible in scheduling online meetings at times that will best serve you.
How many design revisions are offered?
I offer up to 3 design revisions included, and if you need more, a fee of €70/ per revision will be applied.
Are there any additional costs?
Costs for the domain name, hosting, WP theme, stock images, fonts, special tools & plugins.
Can I update my website/ funnel/ landing page/ email sequence myself?
Yes, I can offer you instructions and tutorials that will help you log in to the administrative interface where you can edit texts, images, etc.
Can you still update my website/funnels after they were released live?
Yes, the cost of any updates after the project has been launched or after it has been previously approved is €50 per hour.
On what platform are websites and funnels created?
I create the websites and all landing pages for funnels in WordPress with the Divi theme.
Can you build websites and funnels on other platforms?
Although I prefer to work with WordPress + Divi, if necessary I can also work with ClickFunnels, Kartra, Kajabi, etc.
What website features are included?
Newsletter, Registration Form, Contact form, Popup Design, Countdown Timer, Map, Social Media Widgets, Search.
What if I want more features - do you offer customized service packages?
Yes. Please write me an email at [email protected] and tell me what you need.
What do I need to know about the legal pages?
I can provide copy templates for the legal pages, but since I’m not a legal advisor I recommend consulting a local qualified representative in order to have the pages tailor-made for your specific business needs. The included legal pages are Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy – personalized with your business details.
What is included in the website/ funnel maintenance?
Platform & plugin updates, spam cleaning, downtime monitoring, visitor statistics.
Do you offer refunds?
No, I don’t. Any project that is put on hold for more than 3 months is canceled.
